Before you pay

Please check the invoice number and payment amount before submitting. If you are paying for a commercial property, a rental property, a family member or a managed account, use the notes field to explain who the payment should be applied to.

Simple account matching

Help the office apply your payment to the right invoice.

A bill payment needs more than a card number. The invoice number, name, email and phone number help Supreme Landscaping identify the account quickly, especially when a payment is made by a spouse, assistant, property manager, business bookkeeper or tenant.

Need help before paying?

Call (321) 720-7233 if the balance looks different than expected, if you need a copy of the invoice or if you want to confirm that a partial payment is okay. The online form is designed for straightforward invoice payments. It should not replace a direct conversation when the invoice amount, project name, property address or payment terms are unclear.

Use the ZIP code tied to the card billing address. This helps Square and the card issuer verify the payment.

Card entry is provided by Square. Supreme Landscaping does not store card numbers on this website.

Payment guidance

Clear details make billing easier.

Use the exact invoice number and amount shown on your statement whenever possible. Those two details help the office confirm the payment, note the account and answer questions later.

01

Enter the invoice number

The invoice number is the main reference for matching the payment. If you are not sure which number to use, call before submitting so the payment is not applied to the wrong account.

02

Confirm the amount

Payments from $1 to $20,000 can be submitted through this page. Partial payments are accepted, but the notes field should explain when the amount is not the full invoice balance.

03

Complete secure card entry

The card field is loaded from Square. The website receives a secure payment token rather than the full card number, then the server submits the payment through Square.

04

Save your confirmation

After Square accepts the payment, the page will show a confirmation. Keep the trace number and your Square receipt for your records.

For homeowners and account managers

What this payment page is for

This page is for customers who already have an invoice, balance, proposal deposit or account charge from Supreme Landscaping. It is meant to make the payment step simple after the work, billing details or deposit amount have already been discussed. If you still need a proposal, want to change a scope of work or need storm cleanup help, please use the free proposal form or call the office instead of submitting a payment first.

The most important detail is the invoice number. Many landscape projects share similar descriptions, such as sod installation, paver work, cleanup, rock installation or drainage work. The invoice number gives the office a clean reference point so the payment can be matched to the correct project. The customer name and phone number add a second layer of confirmation. The email address helps if a copy of the payment details needs to be sent or if the office has a question.

Partial payments are allowed. That flexibility is useful for deposits, progress payments, split family payments, business accounts or property managers who are paying from a specific approval amount. When a partial payment is submitted, write a short note so the office understands the reason. A clear note can be as simple as “deposit for paver project,” “partial payment approved by owner,” or “final payment after walk-through.”

The service or property address is optional, but it is helpful when the payer name is different from the property owner. This can happen with commercial accounts, rental homes, association work, managed properties and family members helping with a bill. If you are paying for more than one invoice, submit each invoice separately unless the office has directed you to combine them.

Online payments are convenient, but they should still be accurate. Please pause before sending if the invoice number is missing, if the amount does not match your records or if the payment terms are unclear. A quick call can prevent confusion and keeps your account clean. Supreme Landscaping wants the payment process to feel as organized and professional as the landscape work itself.

Common bill payment questions

Can I pay less than the full invoice?

Yes. Use the payment type selector and notes field to explain that the amount is partial, a deposit or a final balance.

Do I have to enter a property address?

No. It is optional. It is most useful when the payer is different from the owner or when one customer manages several properties.

Can I use this page for a new proposal?

No. Use the free proposal form first. This page is for paying an invoice, deposit or balance that Supreme Landscaping has already discussed with you.
